3. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

4. Review and Removal Process

• We will notify the user or content provider who uploaded or linked the allegedly infringing material (if applicable) that the material has been removed due to a copyright claim.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notice. To be effective, a counter-notice must be a written communication sent to our email address (mathhubpro@gmail.com) that includes substantially the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, MathHub Pro has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of registered users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
